1. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits, excludes or reduces mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Where a store policy differs from a mandatory statutory consumer right, the mandatory right takes priority.
2. EU 14-day statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing qualifying goods online within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
3. Exercising the right of withdrawal

4. Voluntary 30-day return policy
In addition to any mandatory statutory rights, we may accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for change-of-mind requests.
To qualify for a voluntary return under this section, the item should be returned in a condition suitable for resale, together with all included parts and accessories where applicable.
This voluntary policy does not reduce or replace any statutory consumer rights.
5. Returning goods
After notifying us of a statutory withdrawal or approved return request, goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law or the return instructions we provide.
Please contact us before sending a return so that the return can be correctly identified and processed.
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping where permitted by applicable law.
This does not apply where return costs must legally be borne by us because a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
6. Inspection of goods
Consumers may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
A statutory withdrawal right is not automatically lost merely because the product has been reasonably inspected.
If a product is handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this causes diminished value, we may take that reduction in value into account where permitted by applicable law.
7. Refund following statutory withdrawal
Where a statutory withdrawal is validly exercised, we will refund all amounts required by applicable law.
For EU statutory withdrawals, this generally includes:
- the purchase price of the returned goods; and
- the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.
Additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of premium or express delivery may not be refundable where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or appropriate evidence that they have been sent back.
8. Sale and promotional items
Sale, discounted and promotional products remain covered by any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply.
A reduced price does not by itself remove a consumer’s statutory withdrawal rights or rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
9. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:
- a product arrives damaged;
- a product is defective;
- the wrong product was supplied;
- parts are missing; or
- the product materially differs from the order or description.
Please provide your order number and photographs where reasonably possible.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
10. Return shipping costs
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, customers may be responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by law.
For defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods, shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
11. Original delivery charges
Original delivery charges are not automatically excluded from every refund.
Where an EU statutory withdrawal applies, the refund generally includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Extra costs resulting from a premium or express shipping option may not be refundable where permitted by law.
12. Exceptions
Certain goods may be excluded from a statutory withdrawal right where a legal exception applies.
Examples may include clearly personalised goods or other categories specifically excluded by applicable law.
